Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Kentucky or southern Indiana (Clark, Floyd, and Harrison counties) who have epilepsy or another seizure disorder and are under a physician's care.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in any state.

Financial need is also considered in the selection process.
