Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Texas who have competed in a University Interscholastic League (UIL) 1-act play, debate (cross-examination and Lincoln-Douglas), or speech (prose interpretation, poetry interpretation, informative speaking, and persuasive speaking) contests.

Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in the state and major in any field.
