Requirements

This program is open to college-bound high school seniors in all states except Alaska, Hawaii, and Wyoming.

Applicants must complete an online questionnaire in which they rate their awareness of a number of colleges in their region, including their academic strength, tuition cost, etc.

Winners are selected in a random drawing from completed questionnaires.
