The Thomas J. and Barbara J. Weadock Scholarship is available to residents of Saginaw County, Michigan who are pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree. Applicants should be pursuing postsecondary education at Delta College, Michigan State University, or Saginaw Valley State University. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of leadership and academic standing. Special consideration may be given to students attending Saginaw Career Complex.
