Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Virginia who have lived in public or other assisted housing for at least 6 months.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at an accredited college, university, vocational/technical institute, or business school in any state.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and SAT scores of at least 900.

Applications must be submitted through their housing authority, which must be an agency member of the Virginia Association of Housing and Community Development (VAHCD).
