Wyoming State Student Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Wyoming who are interested in attending college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to Wyoming residents who are about to graduate or have graduated from a high school in the state.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a trade or technical school in the state, any Wyoming community college, or the University of Wyoming.

Selection is based on past academic performance, personal conduct and reputation, extracurricular involvement, community service, patriotism, and good citizenship, unique or distinguishing qualities, educational goals, letters of recommendation, and financial need.

Preference may be given to students who have a parent, grandparent, aunt, or uncle who is serving or has served in the United States Navy, Coast Guard, or Merchant Marine.
