We’re thrilled to kick off our new direct admissions program to make college more accessible and less stressful for students who have already proven their potential. You don’t need to stress over essays and wait for responses. We’ll provide you with preliminary offers of admission to participating colleges and universities.

Eligibility Requirements

For the 2023-24 admissions cycle, College Board will conduct outreach to eligible students who receive the National Recognition Program Small Town and Rural Award and are expected to graduate from high school in spring 2024.

Application Process

Students will receive an invitation via email. They’ll be asked to share more about themselves and consent to participating in the pilot. Invited students interested in participating should complete the steps outlined in their invitation email by October 2.
