What do I need to do to officially accept my award?

You, along with your parent/guardian, need to review and electronically sign the official winner verification form to accept your award. You’ll receive an email from IDOC with instructions to submit the required paperwork. Parents/guardians will receive an email from DocuSign with a link to paperwork they should sign. Once both you and your parent/guardian complete the winner verification form, no additional action will be required. 

You need to share the CBFinAid ID with your parent/guardian from the email instructions you receive.  Your parent/guardian will not be able to access the paperwork without it.
