  • This program is open to residents of southern California (Inyo, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties) who are living with bleeding disorders.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or university, or vocational school
  • Priority is given to those who are actively involved in advocacy.
