The AFSA Scholarship provides financial assistance for undergraduate education to the dependent children of Air Force enlisted personnel.

Requirements
  • This program is open to unmarried children (including stepchildren and legally adopted children) of active-duty, retired, or veteran members of the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard, or Air Force Reserves.
  • Applicants must be high school students or fulltime college undergraduate students and attending or planning to attend an accredited academic institution.
  • They must have an unweighted GPA of 3.5 or higher and must be age 23 years or younger.
  • Their parent must be a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association or its auxiliary.
  • High school seniors must also submit a transcript of all high school grades and a record of their SAT or ACT scores.
  • Selection is based on academic record, character, leadership skills, writing ability, versatility, and potential for success.
  • Financial need is not a consideration.
