Requirements

This program is open to residents of New York who are entering the second, third, or fourth year of a 2-,4-, or 5-year program or the first year of a graduate program at a college in any state.

Applicants must be interested in preparing for a career in the highway construction industry and be working on a degree in diesel technology.

They must be enrolled fulltime and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Selection is based on grades, interest in the highway construction industry, extracurricular activities, employment experience, evaluations, and financial need.
