The Atsuhiko Tateuchi Memorial Scholarship - College and Graduate Program is available to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington residents with Japanese or other Asian ancestries. Students pursuing an associate, bachelor's, graduate, or professional degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic merit and financial need.
