The Becton Dickinson Technical Education Scholarship is offered to graduating seniors or graduates of a Phelps County high school or from an adjoining county in Nebraska. Applicants will be reviewed for their consistent involvement in extracurricular activities, church activities, community service, and demonstrated commitment and responsibility through work. Students who are attending or planning to attend technical or trade school are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Graduating senior or graduate of a Phelps County high school or an adjoining county, Nebraska
  • Participate in extracurricular or church activities, community service, and/or work
  • Seeking a professional certification or associate degree as a fulltime student Preference is given to students who major in electronics programming, electro-mechanical technology, tool and die, and molding processing.
