  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident

  • Interest in pursuing a career in the food industry
  • Demonstrate financial need Employees, officers, and directors of Mars Food US, The National Urban League, and The United Negro College Fund, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the employees, officers, and directors of Mars Food US, The National Urban League, and the United Negro College Fund, are not eligible to apply.
