Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oklahoma.

Applicants must be planning to enroll at a public college, university, or technical school in the state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.

In the selection process, consideration is given to need and academic performance, but also to an effort to reflect the namesake's goal to reward students "who are deserving and show a willingness to work hard."
