The Beverly L. Pierce & Janet M. Petersen Education Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or nontraditional students planning to attend a 2- or 4- year college or university. Students from the greater Battle Creek area, Galesburg-Augusta, and Gull Lake Community Schools in Michigan are welcome to apply. Special consideration will be given to female students with financial needs first. Applicants who plan to or are attending Kellogg Community College and Western Michigan University in Michigan may also be given special consideration.

Requirements
  • Graduating high school senior or nontraditional student from the greater Battle Creek area, Galesburg-Augusta, and Gull Lake Community Schools in Michigan
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, conditional permanent resident, refugee, or asylum granted First preference is given to female students who demonstrate financial need and who may be nontraditional students or have a difficult family situation. Further preference may be given to students who are planning to attend or are currently attending Kellogg Community College and Western Michigan University in Michigan.
