The BIPOC Scholarship is open to people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color (BIPOC) and an "out" member of the LGBTQ community. Students enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college, university, graduate or professional school are encouraged to apply.
