The Bishop John W. Hamilton Scholarship provides financial assistance to female African-American students. High school seniors and undergraduates seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to orphans currently enrolled in UMC’s historically black colleges/universities.
