BLET Auxiliary Scholarship provides financial assistance for college or graduate school to children of members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers (BLET) and its Auxiliary.

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate and graduate students whose parent is a member of the BLET and whose other parent is a member of the BLET Auxiliary.
  • Both parents must have been members for at least 2 years.
  • Auxiliary members are also eligible to apply.
  • High school seniors must submit copies of their SAT or ACT score and their GPA. Continuing or returning undergraduates and graduate students must submit transcripts.
  • All applicants must submit a short essay about their interests, goals, extracurricular activities, and anything else they wish to share about themselves.
  • Selection is based on academic record, leadership, character, and personal achievement.
