Bob Stoddard Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of northern California who have a tie to the Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO) and are interested in enrolling in a Building Inspection Technology (BIT) program.

  • This program is open to SVABO members, the immediate family of SVABO members, or persons sponsored by a member.

  • They must be preparing for a career in building code enforcement.
