The Bryant X. Phelps Endowed Scholarship Program is offered to Black or African American students from Texas who are enrolled at any four-year college or university. Special consideration is given to students who are attending Clark Atlanta University, Huston-Tillotson University, Morehouse College, Prairie View A&M University, Spelman College, and Texas Tech University.
