Requirements
  • This program is open to U.S. citizens who have a disability, including (but not limited to) physical disabilities, medical conditions, mental and psychiatric conditions, speech and language, learning disabilities, behavioral conditions, and other conditions.
  • Applicants must have completed at least 1 semester at an accredited college or university and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement and an essay on how they are working to overcome adversity caused by their disability and what they have learned from the experience.
