The Captain William Barron Chapter Texas Society of the Sons of the American Revolution Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Anderson, Cherokee, Rains, Rusk, Smith, Upshur, Van Zandt, or Wood counties in Texas. Students who demonstrate an interest or appreciation for the history, accomplishments, or challenges of the American revolutionary war period are welcome to apply.
