The Carol Bond Fund/North Carolina Safewater Community College Scholarship honors Carol Bond's passion for environmental education by offering financial assistance for college students in North Carolina. Graduating high school seniors and students attending a community college studying for a professional certificate or associate degree in environmental education or science are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to members of NC One Water / North Carolina American Water Works Association and Water Environment Association (NC AWWA-WEA) student chapters.
