The Carter Stroupe Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Alamance, Guilford, Randolph, or Rockingham counties in North Carolina identifying as LGTQIA+ or a straight ally. High school seniors or undergraduates proving leadership through advocacy within the community seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
