Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate students at 2- and 4-year colleges, universities, and technical schools who have an active amateur radio license (any class).

Applicants must have a documented learning disability and demonstrate that they are putting forth substantial effort, regardless of their resulting grades.

They may be studying any academic area.
