Requirements
  • This program is open to 4-H members who are seniors in Fresno County high schools.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll at a college, university, junior college, or trade/technical school in any state.
  • They must submit 1) their previous year's 4H Record Book that reflects active participation in 4-H in all 4 years of high school; and a 3- to 4-page essay on how "life skill" development through 4-H participation will support them in obtaining their future goals.
  • Selection is based on efforts to help others through 4H leadership and community service.
