Requirements

This program is open to minority residents of the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be enrolled fulltime at a postsecondary institution of higher education in any state and working on an associate or higher degree in any field of study.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
