The Courtney Marie Burgess Memorial Scholarship program celebrates the academic achievements of graduating seniors from First Flight or Manteo high schools in North Carolina. Students who participate in athletics and community service and are seeking a degree full-time at a college or university are welcome to apply. Cheerleaders and members of a swim team receive special consideration.
