Requirements
  • This program is open to Wisconsin 4-H members who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a university, college, or technical school in any state.
  • Applicants must have been 4H members for at least 3 years and have been active in a 4-H youth leadership activity for at least 3 years.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • Selection is based on demonstrated personal growth through 4H, development and leadership in 4-H, academic performance, and future educational goals.
