David W. Self Scholarship provides financial assistance to Methodist high school seniors who wish to prepare for a church-related career.

Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors who have been active members of a United Methodist Church for at least 1 year.

Applicants must have been admitted to an accredited college or university to prepare for a churchrelated career.

They must have maintained at least a 2.5 GPA throughout high school and be able to demonstrate financial need.

U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Recipients must enroll fulltime in their first year of undergraduate study.
