The Dean Memorial Legacy Scholarship is available to California residents who are members of 4-H. Students who are high school seniors or undergraduate students attending or planning to attend a technical/trade school, 2-, or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen based on their participation in civic engagement or leadership activities.
