Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Delaware and members of the Delaware Equine Council (DEC), who may reside in any state.
  • Applicants must have been enrolled for at least 1 full semester at an institution in any state in an agricultural or equine course of study or a veterinary or veterinary technician program.
