The DeLoris L. Winslow Scholarship for Community Excellence supports minority students who reside in Clark or Montgomery counties in Ohio. Students pursuing a degree in social work, political science, counseling, psychology, social services, or the treatment of alcohol and substance abuse are encouraged to apply.
