The Dorothy M. Mumma Scholarship is available to graduates of any public high school in Clark County, Ohio. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in nursing are welcome to apply. If there are insufficient qualified nursing applicants, scholarships may be awarded to students majoring in engineering.
