The D.O.V.E. Scholarship is available to residents of Clark County, Ohio who are studying for a certified surgical technology degree. Special consideration is given to a graduating high school senior. If there are no qualified students from Clark County, applicants from Champaign or Greene counties in Ohio will be considered.
