Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are of Vietnamese descent or have strong personal connections with Vietnamese culture.
  • High school applicants may be planning to enroll at a college or university in any state, but college students must be active members of the New England Intercollegiate Vietnamese Student Association (NEIVSA) Intercollegiate Council.
  • Selection is based on those essays, transcripts, a list of extracurricular activities, and a letter of recommendation.
  • Finalists are contacted for interviews.
