The Earl W. and Edna L. Russell Scholarship is available to employees of Westminster Village North in Indianapolis as well as members of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis and their families. Students planning to attend any vocational or technical school are welcome to apply. Those who demonstrate academic promise and financial need receive special consideration.
