  • This program is open to residents of Wisconsin who are enrolled full-time at an accredited college, university, or technical institute in the state or an out-of-state school with a reciprocal enrollment agreement with Wisconsin.
  • Applicants must be working on a degree in culinary arts, dairy science, food science, food microbiology, environmental sanitation, meat science, or a closely related field.
