The Elizabeth Jane Harvey Dicks Memorial Scholarship is open to collegian members of the Alpha Phi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at Tulane University. Members seeking an undergraduate degree are encouraged to apply. If no collegian member applies or qualifies, the award is available to alumna members seeking a graduate degree. If no Alpha Phi chapter member applies or qualifies, the award is available to all Kappa Alpha Theta members.
