The Excelsior Scholarship- College Students is available to residents of Colorado currently attending a 2-year college who excel academically and who participate in extracurricular activities. Students who identify as emancipated and/or foster care youth are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Participate in extracurricular activities and leadership
