Child or spouse of active duty or reserve duty National Guard U.S. Army members, or child of U.S. Army members who received honorable or medical discharge or who were killed while serving

Minimum 2.00 GPA

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

U.S. citizen

Participation in community service or extracurricular activities

Maximum Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of less than $160,000 Preference is given to students studying fine arts.
