The Fund a Scholar Scholarship is awarded to children of military personnel who have died on active duty since October 7, 2001. Students pursuing a post-secondary education at a trade/technical school, college, or university are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and academic merit.
