The Governor Terry E. Branstad Iowa State Fair Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who have participated in the Iowa State Fair. Students who are planning to attend a college or university in Iowa are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their participation in the state fair, essay submission, involvement in community service and extracurricular activities, academic standing, and demonstration of financial need.
