The Harold and Winnie Watts Brand Park Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors at Chemung County high schools and Chemung County adult students in New York who have volunteered for a minimum of 10 hours at the Brand Park concert series. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.
