The Hoard’s Dairyman Scholarship is open to FFA members who are high school seniors or current college students. Members who are pursuing a certificate or degree in the animal systems pathway of the Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources (AFNR) Career Pathways of the National Council for Agricultural Education are encouraged to apply. Students pursuing a degree in dairy science or agricultural communications receive special consideration.

  • Graduating high school senior, community college student, or college freshman, sophomore, or junior
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in an area of the AFNR animal systems pathway

  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Involved with dairy cattle
  • Aged 23 or younger Preference is given to students pursuing a degree in dairy science or agricultural communications.
