The H.S. Royce B. Walden and Bert E. Roper for Migrant or At-Risk Youth Scholarship is offered to migrant and at-risk high school students attending a public school in Orange County, Florida. Graduating seniors who are planning to attend a 2-4 year college or university or an Orange County Public Schools Career & Technical Education Center are encouraged to apply.
