Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. who are graduating high school seniors or undergraduates currently enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution in any state.
  • Applicants must be Bolivian or of Bolivian descent (either parent born in Bolivia).
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, leadership positions in the community, and financial need.
