Requirements
  • This program is open to Native American students without restrictions as to tribal affiliation or degree of Indian blood.
  • However, applicants or their parents must have a reservation registration and number.
  • Only 1 member of a family is eligible in any 1 year.
  • Selection is based on scholastic standing, demonstrated leadership ability, community service, character, and financial need.
  • Funding is available only to support vocational, technical, or college training; graduate education is excluded.
