Requirements

This program is open to active members of WQHA and the Wisconsin Quarter Horse Youth Association (WQHYA) who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year postsecondary institution in any state.

Applicants must have identified goals related to a career in the equine industry.

The recipient must be willing to assist during at least 1 WQHAsponsored event during the year.
